The affordable condo unit that CitiGlobal offers is around Php1.3 million and is located at Tagaytay. This would make a better investment for a leisure condo unit.

The beloved Bossing of Philippine showbiz is more than endorsing a real estate company. He is championing its purpose of helping deserving individuals in improving their state of living. Knowing their sacrifices to give their families better lives, Bossing Vic has developed a soft side especially directed to 0FWs. He shared, '‘I am very partial to our OFWs. ” After realizing CitiGlobal’s “uniqueness” and “sense of purpose," he agreed to an endorsement contract, knowing the deal would make sense as far as his cause is concerned. He explained, "l hope more efforts are placed on teaching OFWs how to invest and not just save money. This is my personal advocacy and I am just happy that CitiGlobal has a way to help OFWs invest through leisure properties. Maganda kasing investment ang mga rest house at condotel.“ Bossing Vic may not appear donning a superhero outfit to encourage OFWs and hardworking professionals to invest properties care of CitiGlobal. But his belief in the project is enough to serve as saving grace, in the same manner as his iconic superhero roles offer hope and fun to Filipino people from all walks of life. He made clear his point by saying,

“Citiglobal is the perfect partner for our OFWs because the company helps our modern day heroes attain their dreams of living a wonderful and blessed life. Before, owning a leisure property is an idea reserved for the very rich people. Today, with CitiGlobal, luxury can also be enjoyed by hard-working Jeople. Of all the real estate companies out there, it is only CitiGlobal that's making heir far-fetched dream a reality for our OFWs.”

Vic told the media,  "This is my personal advocacy and I am just happy that CitiGlobal has a way to help OFWs invest through leisure properties. Maganda kasing investment ang mga rest house at condotel. For example, with Citiglobal’s affordable properties, OFWs can own a condotel for P1.3 million or kung instalment, around P7,000 a month. Kapag nagawa na yung property, the OFW has the option to use it for vacation or authorize CitiGlobal's property manager to lease it. For a small investment in real estate, they can earn up to P35,000 a month through leasing. At dahil property ito, wala silang kaba na mawawala ang investment nila kasi kung kailangan talaga, they can easily sell it for a good profitable price. When ask how can we empower our modern day heroes, the OFWs? Vic adds. "We can empower our modern heroes, the OFWs, by educating them on the proper way of using the fruits of their labor. Hindi puro bili ng luho o pure ipon lang. We have to reward their efforts by giving them a chance to live the good life, We can only do this if we teach them how to make their money work for them, because all their lives, they have been working so hard for money."
