TBS is held regularly by Technolux to introduce world-class kitchen equipment and quality ingredients to foodpreneurs, chefs and enterprises engaged in the F & B industry. During the said TBS dubbed “Monin Day,” Monin Philippines’ beverage innovator Arjay Rebeta will conduct a demo using Monin’s trendy flavors for hot, iced and iced blended beverages. He will also showcase L’artiste,the new product from Monin that helps baristas do latte art easier and faster.
These will be prepared using Brasilia Coffee Machine and Vitamix Blender, two high-quality commercial brands that are also distributed by Technolux.
The event will also feature artisan pizza using Italmill Pizza Flour cooked in Pizza Master Oven, Italian gelato with Taylor Ice Cream machines and drink pairings.
The first 50 guests to register will receive gifts from Monin, CBSI and Mall of Kitchens.
