There was a time when I thought life would become quieter after raising my children.
After all, my three kids were already grown up. I had even earned the wonderful title of "Mamalou" to my five grandchildren. I imagined I'd finally have more time to slow down, enjoy a cup of tea while it was still hot, or maybe even finish a television series without interruptions.
