It’s going to be a savory encounter times three as The Bistro Group spices up Glorietta Food Choices with FARINA FRESH, ROT!SSER!E and JUICY.
Upping the ante of the quick-service concept, Farina Fresh and Rot!sser!e feature recipes specially created by The Bistro Group’s award-winning executive corporate chef, Josh Boutwood. Juicy, on the other hand, is Korea’s number one juice brand and Bistro’s newest franchise.
FARINA FRESH
Make the first stop at the Farina Fresh counter and get your fill of healthy, delicious and market fresh dishes.
Warm up to the steaming hot Minestrone Soup then choose from Pecorino and Bleu Cheese Walnut Salads.
Where else can you get pastas that are made from scratch, in a food hall? At Farina Fresh, pastas are freshly-made, right before your eyes. All you have to do is choose your type of pasta (Spaghetti, Conchiglie, or Bucattini) then pair it with your favorite sauce- Shrimp Alfredo, Truffle, Carbonara, Puttanesca, Pesto and Spicy Diavola.
ROT!SSER!E
Move on over and help yourself to Manila’s best fall-off-the-bone roast chicken at the Rot!sser!e. Chicken is roasted to perfection in-store and comes in the Classic Roast and the tasty Lemongrass Ginger flavors. Half and a quarter chicken come with garlic rice and cream corn. Other sides are roast and mashed potato.
JUICY
Then there’s Juicy, a fresh juice bar concept with over 800 outlets in South Korea alone. Refreshing and healthy juices are blended from fresh fruits and the array of flavors is tempting! It has Acai Berry-Banana, Chocolate-Banana, Kiwi, Blueberry, Honeydew, Strawberry-Mango, Orange-Pineapple, Peach, Watermelon-Strawberry, and Peanut-Banana.
