Teleperformance continues its strong commitment to environmental sustainability through sourcing renewable energy from AboitizPower

Teleperformance, a global leader in outsourced customer and citizen experience management provider, continues its strong commitment to environmental sustainability through sourcing renewable energy from AboitizPower (AP) retailer Adventenergy, Inc. Teleperformance will utilize 100% Cleanergy, AboitizPower’s brand for renewable energy, to operate their Bacolod and Sucat offices, and has set their sights on switching more offices to Cleanergy in the coming years.

Teleperformance Philippines and AboitizPower seal renewable energy partnership. From AboitizPower: Sandro Aboitiz, Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, and Gina Camacho-David, Assistant Vice President of Market Strategy. From Teleperformance: Francisco Lara, Chief Executive Officer, Jose Luis Marquez, Chief Operations Officer, Jeffrey Johnson, Senior Vice President for Human Capital Resource Management, and Eduardo Punzalan, Vice President for Facilities and Administration

With over 57,000 employees operating in 23 business sites all over the country, Teleperformance is one of the biggest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies contributing to the growth of the Philippine economy. With their switch to Cleanergy, Teleperformance will leave a mark in the country as one of the first BPOs to utilize Renewable Energy in their operations. BPOs consume energy around-the-clock which makes this switch a significant contributor in decarbonizing the country. The company hopes to prompt other BPOs in the country to make the environmentally conscious choice of switching to renewable energy.

Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Francisco Lara explained how BPOs can take a step further in creating a lasting difference for the country. “As BPOs, we have already made a positive impact in the Philippine community through providing thousands of jobs to career-seekers. We have the resources to take it a step further and shift the focus on climate security given the alarming damages in our communities brought about by climate change. The transition to Renewable Energy is one of the easiest steps we can take so long as we have a reliable partner such as AboitizPower to guide us through the process”, said Lara.

Sandro Aboitiz, Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations at AboitizPower, highlights the importance of empowering businesses to choose renewable sources: “We are happy to help boost the Department of Energy Green Energy Option Program to promote the utilization and development of renewable energy in the country. Through this program, we are able to rally various industries under one goal of achieving environmental sustainability and energy security through the use of Cleanergy. This partnership with Teleperformance affirms our efforts to emphasize the direct impact that retail customers have in preserving the environment through the kind of energy they choose to run their facilities,” said Aboitiz.

Aboitiz further sheds light on the critical role of using Cleanergy in addressing energy security challenges in the country. “We have allotted significant resources to expand our Renewable Energy portfolio to 4,600 MW by 2030.  This will enable us to address the growing demands of the market and contribute to managing climate-related risks. The government’s Green Energy Option Program is an effective catalyst to accomplish this objective,” said Aboitiz.

Great Place to Work ranks Teleperformance one of the best 2022 Best Workplaces in Asia list

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, ranks Teleperformance (TP) number 12 on the 2022 Best Workplaces in Asia list for their sites in the Philippines, Greater China, India, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. The list is based on over 1 million survey responses across Asia and the Middle East, representing the experience of more than 4.7 million employees in the region.

This recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values and leadership. Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a For All workplace experience, inclusive of all employees no matter who they are or what they do.

TP integrates Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in their DNA and has pushed efforts that aim to improve the lives of their employees and their community. Their TP Women and TP Pride year-long initiatives raise awareness on the challenges of women and the LGBTQ+ community through employee education and internal programs and policies, while the leaders of the company have also pledged to strengthen their disability inclusivity in the workplaces.

Their pandemic efforts also proved their priority on employees’ health, safety, and wellbeing. TP was the first to announce free vaccinations for employees and their family, and the company also partnered with the Philippine government to bring vaccinations to the workplace.

Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Francisco Lara Padilla remarked, “This recognition comes at a very exciting time for TP as we prepare to take our DE&I initiative to another level. We always aim to create the best possible workplace that we can for our employees and I am excited to keep finding new ways to collaborate with and empower our employees so that they may keep growing with the company.”

Teleperformance Philippines Chief Operations Officer Joey Marquez also shared, “We are grateful that TP has been recognized as one of the best workplaces in Asia. Creating one is a constant work in progress and it is fulfilling to be in a company that continues to find new ways to care for the growth and well-being of their employees, especially in challenging times.”

“Congratulations to the Best Workplaces in Asia for putting the well-being of their employees first,” said Michael C. Bush, Global CEO of Great Place to Work. “During an incredibly challenging time for the region, these companies created equitable workplaces by providing flexibility and supporting their employees through strife. The Best Workplaces in Asia embody the mission of Great Place to Work and are indeed making work great work For All,” Bush added

The Best Workplaces in Asia show that investing in people is a proven path to business success. Those that can create a fair work environment that fills employees with pride will outperform the competition.

Employees at winning workplaces are having a far superior experience than the global average. According to Great Place to Work data, 88% of employees at the Best Workplaces in Asia on average reported having a positive employee experience. For the average global workforce, only 55% of workers report a similarly positive experience.

Earlier this year, Teleperformance Philippines received its fifth certification as a Great Place to Work® and is the only organization in the country to be certified by the Great Place to Work® Institute for five years in a row. The company was also awarded as one of the Philippines Best Workplaces this year.

Teleperformance has just been awarded as one of the Philippines Best Workplaces in 2022

Teleperformance has just been awarded as one of the Philippines Best Workplaces in 2022. This was announced during the virtual reveal that premiered live on Great Place to Work® Philippines via YouTube.

In total, 25 workplaces are ranked as “Philippines Best Workplaces” according to research and consulting firm, Great Place to Work Philippines.

The Philippines Best Workplaces List is highly competitive. Regarded as the global authority on workplace culture, seasoned consultants from Great Place to Work® curate the List using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies are only considered if they are first, a Great Place to Work-Certified organization. In the qualifying year of 2021, nearly 100 companies in the Philippines were Great Place to Work-Certified. (Only companies who attain at least 65% on Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey can attain the Certification.)

Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in the world that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated and what their workplace experience is like. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.

“With the continuous disruptions that companies face, the Best Workplaces in the Philippines remain grounded in their purpose and values. They continue to put their people first. They prioritize the holistic well-being of their employees as fatigue and burnout become more evident in workplaces,” says Antoniette Mendoza-Talosig, Managing Partner of Great Place to Work® Philippines and Principal Consultant of Great Place to Work® ASEAN.

Teleperformance Philippines Chief Operations Officer Joey Marquez underlined the significance of this achievement: "This milestone gives us the perfect opportunity to showcase our values, the Teleperformance culture, and the great work of our people in delivering excellent customer service to our customers, clients, and stakeholders. This recognition further inspires us to create more remarkable experiences for our people – whether they may be working in one of business sites across the country, or in their homes."

Teleperformance said that they will continue to move forward towards their goals while upholding the high standards of being a Best Place to Work™. The company also looks forward to giving back through the Citizen of the World corporate sustainability programs and initiatives. Most of all, Teleperformance will carry on fostering a TP culture that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive for all.

Teleperformance has been certified Great Place to Work® in the Philippines consecutively in the last four years, becoming the first company in the Philippines to achieve this feat. The Trust Index Survey conducted in 2021 by the Great Place to Work® Institute had the highest participation rate among the Teleperformance Philippines employees across all 22 business sites.

During the pandemic, employee initiatives held by Teleperformance were recognized by various sectors such as the Safety Seal Committee certifying Teleperformance business sites that ensure health and safety protocols against COVID-19. Teleperformance also rolled out free COVID-19 vaccination for employees through the TPVac program and currently has a partnership with the government to conduct vaccinations in various Teleperformance Philippines workplaces for employees and their loved ones.

In addition, Teleperformance celebrates diversity and inclusion through empowering both Women and the LGBTQ+ community through their TP Women and TP Pride councils as they raise awareness and educate employees through year-long initiatives. They also have a comprehensive HIV/AIDS program that has been awarded the Duyan Ambassador Award from Project Red Ribbon and recognized by the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP).

The 1Q TPbot won a Silver Anvil at 57th Anvil Awards

The 1Q TPbot, the World’s First Smart 1Question Job Interview Bot conceptualized by Teleperformance Philippines (TP), won a Silver Anvil under the Public Relations Tools category for social media at the prestigious Anvil Awards at the virtual Gabi ng Parangal Awards Ceremonies held by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP).

The 1Q TPbot is a first-in-industry initiative that created a safer and more convenient hiring process while making it easier for Teleperformance to find the right candidates. Teleperformance Philippines applicants were able to complete the interview process in a matter of minutes through a convenient gamified platform on Facebook. The hiring process that used to entail long waits was cut down from 2.5 weeks to just 6 hours, solving previously high applicant fallout while, maximizing social media, allowing Teleperformance to save millions in recruitment costs.

The social media tool was launched in 2020 when the lockdown limited physical interactions resulting to onsite operations, including recruitment, having to adjust. In April 2020, the country’s unemployment rate rose to a record high of 17.7%, which translates to 7.3 million unemployed Filipinos in the labor force, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority. Despite this, the information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) companies remained the top employer that year with 23% of the companies hiring belonging to the industry, according to Jobstreet.

Amid these challenges, Teleperformance Philippines was able to innovate and continue their recruitment virtually by utilizing social media.

“The 1Q TPbot was a product of that hard work by our Teleperformance talent acquisition team. The platform has helped with job generation in the country in a time when unemployment was at its lowest,  while taking into consideration the health and safety of the applicants,” shared Jeffrey Johnson, Senior Vice President for Human Capital Resource Management of Teleperformance Philippines.

The 1Q TPbot was also recognized internationally by the Festival of Media APAC Awards and Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. It is part of several award-winning initiatives by Teleperformance Philippines that aimed to support their employees through the pandemic, such as their nationwide TPVac vaccination program, “A Message from Mike” video series that offered accessible and transparent channel of communication to reach TP employees, and the “TP is a Safe Place to Work for All” social media campaign that gave TP employees useful information to help them navigate through a life-changing time.

Teleperformance supported parent employees through their Keep Learning, Keep Growing; Citizen of the World Town Hall

The ongoing pandemic led to many changes in the lifestyle of Filipino families, such as the sudden shift to the work-from-home model for parents and online learning for their kids. Distance education entailed adjustments not only for the student but for parents as well, who now needed to take a more active presence in their children’s education to help ensure the effectiveness of this new mode of learning.

Teleperformance, a global leader in digital business solutions and a certified Great Place to Work® company, supported parent employees in this struggle through their Keep Learning, Keep Growing; Citizen of the World Town Hall.

Speakers Ani Almario, Vice President of Adarna House, the country’s leading publisher of children’s literature, and Rich Rodriguez, a proud Citizen of the World volunteer and the head of Pinoy Storytellers and volunteer in the Alitaptap Storytellers Club, discussed these essential tips for parents on pandemic education, including the importance of storytelling to engage children in an age of online learning.

Build a Routine and Structure around Everyday

Ani Almario emphasized for parents to always involve their kids and talk about their daily set-up. This will help them have a better understanding on their children’s learning routine and their daily schedule. By structuring their day, parents are helping each other survive daily sorrows and strife. Furthermore, routines give children feeling of regularity and predictability, especially during a season wherein children do not have control.

Anticipate Necessary Troubleshooting

Parents should always think ahead. What problems are associated with online learning in their household? Who’s going to fix them at home? What happens if you have a meeting and your child has a class? Develop a forward-thinking skill for situations that can easily be remedied if you plan for it in advance.

Recognize Learning Fatigue

Rich Rodriguez asked, “Are we forcing them to learn?”. It’s important for parents to talk to their kids to see whether they are developing learning fatigue while they are pushing them to learn. A normal school setup implements play time which is not always possible especially for a work-from-home parent. The common solution for playtime is gadgets, which only adds to the problem.

To combat learning fatigue, Rich advised parents to synthesize the process of learning. “We make sure that they have that good grasp of understanding and a good way for us is to talk to them at their level so that we can understand them better.”

Adapt to their Ways of Understanding

What other ways can we talk to them? This means putting down the traditional Manila Paper presentation and adapting to their digital age. To reach a certain level of engagement, one must use the power of visuals or storytelling, from performing a theatrical imitation or accompanying a lecture with entertaining voices. Parents can ask their children questions as a way for them to talk and engage rather than handing them a book for them to read and re-tell the story like a robot. Parents should satisfy their curiosity and eagerness because every child is an eager child.

Have the Right Material

Choose age-appropriate materials. As an example, “Love you, Forever” would capture the hearts of toddlers while the Harry Potter series makes a great kick-starter for elementary students. Next to understanding their needs is discovering materials kids are able to relate to.

“We can’t just do things the traditional way. We have to think this is the way kids and people learn today so we have to take that road. We must put ourselves out there, out of our comfort zone, because in this way, we are instilling positive values and actions within our family,” shared Jeffrey Johnson, Senior Vice President for Human Capital Resource Management of Teleperformance Philippines.

Teleperformance Philippines is committed to supporting and advancing children’s education in all forms. Through their corporate social responsibility arm Citizen of the World, Teleperformance launched its Back-to-School campaign with Kythe Foundation, where they held virtual activities with kids who suffer from chronic illnesses. They also partnered with Manila Water Foundation for their Lingap Eskwela Pandemya Project to create a faucet facility in Tanay National High School, where most of the high school students in the village are currently enrolled. Together with the Department of Education, Teleperformance also donated books and writing materials to selected schools all over the nation.

“This is our eighth year of running the Back-to-School Program and we want to make an impact on the schools and communities that need a helping hand. Through this Citizen of the World town hall, not only are we are extending our teachings to parents, but we’re igniting passion and purpose to the generations to come,” added Johnson.

Teleperformance procured vaccines for employees

Teleperformance in the Philippines continues to be a strong advocate for health and safety as the company began implementation of its employee vaccination program called TPVac on July 10 at Solaire Vaccine Center in Paranaque. The first team members to receive the vaccines were the most at risk population front line employees.

As a people company, Teleperformance procured vaccines for employees based out of its 22 business sites across the National Capital Region, Antipolo, Cavite, Baguio, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao who opted to participate in TPVac. This initiative likewise affirms the commitment of Teleperformance, not only to protect the health of its people, but also to help governments address the pandemic with agile, large-scope support of vaccination programs deployed at the corporate level.

“Teleperformance showed that they really care for their employees. It’s my first time to be vaccinated against Covid-19, so I was a bit anxious. But that vanished because the doctors were very accommodating. The venue is very good; staff were well organized. Good job, TP!” said Customer Service Representative Anna Marie Erika Manipon, who shared her experience after the inoculation.

Since the start of the Covid-19 crisis, Teleperformance has paid careful attention to support communities and promote the safety and well-being of their employees during the pandemic. A Great Place to Work® certified company, Teleperformance Philippines has strictly implemented sound health and safety measures in all its business locations, abiding by the guidelines set by the World Health Organization and the Department of Health in the Philippines.

These include the completion of health declaration forms prior to worksite entry, temperature checks twice a day for employees onsite, provision for transport assistance, as necessary and strict implementation of physical distancing in the workplace, among others. Medical consultations and procedures, including testing and care for Covid-19, are covered in Teleperformance’s HMO program.

“Our Teleperformance family continues to work together to eradicate Covid-19. By launching this program and committing complimentary vaccines for all our 47,000 team members in the Philippines, this is another testament to our 25-year history of ensuring employee safety is our top priority. We look forward to continuing to partner with the Government in our joint mission of keeping everyone safe and secure,” said Jeffrey Johnson, Senior Vice President of Human Capital.

Teleperformance Molino, the company’s 22nd site in the country, comes at a time of an ever-increasing need for an economic boost

This is good news to Cavite residents who is looking for a BPO stable job. Teleperformance will be opening its first business site in Bacoor, Cavite.

Teleperformance’s newest site, officially called Teleperformance Molino, is located in Bacoor City. Its recruitment center in Vista Mall has already opened its doors to applicants while the operations site will open first week of November.

In the recent launch event called “Brave New Horizon, Teleperformance took guests on a virtual tour of its newest Recruitment Center. There was also a preview of the soon-to-open BPO operations site, which will have complete facilities from sleeping quarters, gender-neutral bathrooms, lactation rooms, a clinic, and entertainment rooms, all of these free and available for use by their employees to encourage health and safety, fun, and camaraderie in the workplace.

The Teleperformance Molino recruitment center located in Vista Mall Molino has begun accepting applicants for their newest site.

Teleperformance Molino, the company’s 22nd site in the country, comes at a time of an ever-increasing need for an economic boost and career opportunities due to the pandemic. Teleperformance’s entry into the province known as the Land of the Brave Heroes is a signal of the company’s optimism in the Philippines’ IT-BPM industry and in the potential of Cavite, as the investment encourages job generation and industry advancement in the region.

Interview rooms in the Teleperformance Molino recruitment center are decorated with fun and vibrant colors.

The Teleperformance Molino recruitment center features colorful and relaxing waiting areas for visiting guests and applicants. Safe social distancing is part of the design

Teleperformance will be opening over 2,000 full-time jobs once the site is at full capacity. The site will be servicing various companies in the finance, services, and telecommunications industries.

Considering the ongoing pandemic, these positions will be a strategic blend of work-at-home and safe onsite work. Teleperformance has implemented various policies and programs to adapt to the new environment – including strict physical distancing and health and sanitation measures in the workplace.

Teleperformance has also thoughtfully designed a space that is more flexible and geared for both face- to-face and virtual delivery – such as virtual training facilitation and coaching, while expanding areas to allow safe physical distancing among employees working onsite.

Teleperformance Philippines Chief Operations Officer Mike Lytle expressed his excitement over the company’s newest site. Even with the ongoing pandemic, Teleperformance remains optimistic in the country’s growth and continues to believe and invest in Filipino talent. Our new site in Molino marks another milestone for the company. We are excited to be in Cavite as we see it as one of the fastest growing provinces in the Philippines, with great potential to become a regional growth hub. We believe that this new venture during this period can contribute to the country’s push for provincial development and to the overall recovery of our economy.

Since they began operations in the country in 1996, Teleperformance Philippines has grown to be a preferred offshore contact center outsourcing option for some of the world’s largest companies, as well as local brands. Its wide portfolio of customer experience solutions, all of which will be offered in their Molino site, is a testament to the company’s passion for innovation and use of state-of-the-art technologies, especially now with the push for digitalization in the country and the need for businessesto adapt to the new working environment. Combining these solutions with the right human resources and safety measures, Teleperformance implements a high-tech and high-touch transformation strategy that delivers a differentiated customer experience.

One of its solutions, the Teleperformance Cloud Campus, allows agents to remain connected and collaborative, while telecommuting through a centralized command center that can even allow clients to interact with their workforce. This was instrumental in helping the company quickly adjust to the lockdown earlier this year and transfer over 50 percent of its workforce to a work-at-home arrangement within a few weeks.

Teleperformance is the leading global group in digitally integrated business services, recently winning the Frost & Sullivan 2020 Asia Pacific Services Provider of the Year Award and, earlier this year, its third consecutive Great Place to Work® certification. Currently, the organization has around 47,000 employees from business sites located in Metro Manila, Antipolo, Baguio, Cebu, Bacoor, Bacolod, Davao, and Cagayan De Oro.

Teleperformance Cloud Campus supports Philippine enterprises’ digital pivot

The ongoing socio-economic crisis is inevitably shaping customer perception, expectation, and experience on just how fast different companies can adapt to continue serving clients and customers at their greatest time of need.

Changes in the Philippine market landscape has shown how necessity has resulted in speeding up the anticipated advancement of fintech, logistics, and telecommunication industries. At the same time, it also convinced more traditional brick-and-mortar enterprises covering retail and services, hospitality and travel, even health and medical support of the need to accelerate adoption of digital technology.

A white paper entitled Business Continuity: True Business Resilience for the Digital Age, gives the education sector as an illustrative case of this transformation in mindset as online learning tools were rapidly implemented out of necessity – to keep students connected to their teachers, schools, and classmates while maintaining a safe distance. In the past, most educators may have been slow to adopt available technology but the health situation now makes it an imperative.

Philippine business leaders and entrepreneurs quickly recognized this fact and they are now discovering that secure and practical digital solutions are immediately available for them and their customers.

Teleperformance, a global leader in digital integrated business solutions, offers Philippine firms its comprehensive TP Cloud Campus model with its work-at-home (WAH) solution which allows businesses to quickly roll out fully trained and equipped work-at-home remote support and operations teams. These remote teams are able to provide tech-enabled service delivery and assure brands of quality interactions that make customers happy.

This is because the efficient and effective TP Cloud Campus model includes all essential processes, such as hiring, training, and managing remote teams while ensuring secure and excellent customer experiences that is both high-tech and high-touch. Running the model are expert and experienced teams of professionals who have notably delivered results while operating under strict community quarantines and health protocols.

“Years of experience and commitment, combined with the company’s culture of innovation and continuous learning, have allowed us to offer the domestic market with comprehensive turn-key solutions that produce results,” said Teleperformance Philippines Chief Operations Officer Mike Lytle.

Teleperformance has the global scale, in-depth expertise, and solution breadth and depth to help address concerns regarding data security, agent accountability and productivity, and employee engagement.

“Our mission is to help these enterprises and industries to maximize the value of the latest technologies for the benefit of their customers and their stakeholders. By enabling their digital transformation with tested infrastructure and expertise, we help them hit the ground running. This is important because we all win when the economy recovers its strength and gets back to growth,” said Lytle.

Teleperformance Philippines: Exclusive office tour and a sneak peek in the life and culture inside

I remember when I used to be part of the BPO industry years ago. I still couldn’t believe I lasted 5 years working for several healthcare companies but those were some of the most memorable and enjoyable years of my life.

Not just because of the work, but because of the people I met there and the lasting friendships that came from it. The pay and the environment was also good. There was one account that I loved, (Canadian Healthcare claims) because it was easy to process.

But that was the exception. A lot of the other accounts I handled were hard, and we had to work overtime almost everyday. So when working at a BPO, I’ve learned that the salary may be good, but its the people and the environment that makes the work load a lot less bearable and the night shifts worth reporting for.

Teleperformance in the Philippines recently welcomed bloggers and vloggers to its TP Vertis North business site to give them an exclusive office tour and a sneak peek in the life and culture inside the leading IT-BPM organization.

TP Vertis North is one of the most recent Teleperformance sites, launched only last year. The interiors have been thoughtfully designed to create a vibrant environment for employees.

The physical environment supports a culture that is focused on health and wellness, as well as ensuring fun and camaraderie in the workplace. The site features rest and relaxation areas such as themed lounges, sleeping quarters, and massage chairs where employees can relax. What’s more, the massage chairs are cash operated, and the money goes to the company’s corporate social responsibility program Citizen of the World (COTW) which supports the most vulnerable sectors such as chronically ill children.

The TP Vertis North business site also has gender-neutral bathrooms, lactation rooms, a clinic, and a well-appointed gym with trainers from Elorde Boxing Gym, as well as entertainment rooms with billiards, karaoke, board games and game consoles.

Another strong aspect of the corporate culture is continuous learning and leadership development, and TP Vertis North houses the company’s second Leadership Development Center (LDC) that will be officially launched soon.

The LDC, a facility focused especially on the upskilling of TP employees for leadership roles in the workplace of the future, is the second branch that the company is offering to its people. The first one is located in TP Aura, Bonifacio Global City.

People programs that focus on continuous learning, diversity and inclusion, and health and wellness and indeed among advantages of being part of TP and its culture. Teleperformance Philippines, the first organization in the country to be certified as a Great Place to Work, is committed to keep honing and developing the talent and skills of their employees to mold them into the leaders and empathetic people managers.

In 2018 and 2019, Teleperformance Philippines earned back-to-back certifications from the Great Place to Work institute, a global research and consultation company that provides benchmark standards for companies to create the outstanding organizational cultures.

The certification was earned through an organization-wide survey that asked the employees for their opinions. Over 26,000 employees across Teleperformance’s existing sites in the Philippines responded and participated in a confidential online survey that rated the company in terms of culture, teamwork, growth and learning opportunities, leadership communication and support, sense of pride, work environment, among others. This comprehensive survey was independently conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

Teleperformance serves as a strategic partner to the world’s largest companies in a wide variety of industries. Its customer care, technical support, customer acquisition, consulting and analytics, digital integrated business service solutions, and other high-value specialized services ensure consistently positive customer interactions that are reliable, flexible and intelligent.
