That’s exactly how I felt when I unboxed the realme 15 5G, the latest addition to the realme family, officially launching today, September 16, 2025.

I received my PR box during realme’s “Kumustahan” event, and I was honestly surprised—and thrilled—to get one. Inside was the realme 15 5G unit, plus two wonderful extras: an Instax mini Link 3 printer and a Hollyland Lark A1 microphone. Talk about being set up for content creation right out of the gate!

 

The realme 15 5G itself came in realme’s signature yellow box. As always, the unboxing felt personal, with the familiar “Welcome to the realme family” greeting as soon as you lift the lid. Inside, you’ll find the SIM ejector tool, warranty card, quick guide, and a protective case. The phone is neatly wrapped in plastic, and underneath sits the powerful 80W SUPERVOOC wall charger and USB-C cable.

As I lifted the device, my first thought was: Wow, this is light.For a phone packing a massive 7000mAh battery, I expected heft—but it sits comfortably in the hand, weighing just 185 grams.

At just 7.66mm thin, with a one-piece back cover, the design is smooth and seamless. It evokes classic luxury—clean lines, subtle curves, no unnecessary frills. This is a phone you’ll feel confident pulling out at a meeting, during a coffee catch-up, or even on date night—it blends seamlessly into your look.

Flip it over, and you’ll spot something playful: the Breathing Light. Think of it as your phone’s way of showing emotion—glowing gently when you get notifications, while charging, or even during a camera countdown. Best of all, it’s customizable with multiple colors and effects. Imagine your phone pulsing softly in pink when your bestie calls, or flashing rainbow hues as you get ready for a night out. with a chance to regain our confidence and prove ourselves," they said.

This season’s grand finals feature a prize pool worth over P1 million in cash and P600,000
