Meanwhile, Club Paradise Palawan, an idyllic private island resort, has been nominated for the Philippines' Leading Private Island Resort 2023. And finally, Discovery Primea, a luxury business hotel in Makati City, is back in the running as Asia's Leading Business Hotel and the Philippines' Leading Business Hotel, after earning the titles in 2020 and 2021, and 2019 and 2020, respectively.

 

“These nominations serve as a testament to the exceptional service, breathtaking locations, world-class amenities, and finely-curated experiences that DHC properties are known for,” said Chief Operating Officer Jun Parreño.

“Year after year, we consistently find prestige in WTA’s respective categories, and every industry award and nomination we’ve received assures us that DHC is on the right track,” he continued.

They recently launched “Bogart and Friends” in the popular Roblox Metaverse, making them the first Philippine Resort to utilize the app in its engagement efforts. “Doing so enabled us to provide our guests with an enhanced experience through challenges that were rewarded with real-life prizes," she further explained. In Discovery Hospitality’s presentation, the gamification initiative inspired APAC hoteliers how the lucrative yet often daunting Metaverse can enhance the customer experience and brand affinity in the Hospitality industry.
