BRIA’s houses and lots for sale and its rent-to-own homes is now available through virtual tours

BRIA has resolutely provided solidly built, stylish, and affordable houses and lots to Filipinos across the country.

Ive been asking myself if this is the right time to buy a house, well If you're secure in your job and you have some savings, it's actually the best time to purchase especially that everyone is working from home and kids are into remote schooling.

Filipinos are known for their resilience and their ability to adapt to crises. This is how they survived—and even thrived—during the country’s most trying year in recent memory. Displaying the same grit and tenacity moving forward, they continue to place home and hearth in the forefront.

BRIA Homes understands this. It also acknowledges how Filipinos have always been about providing for and protecting their families. Thus, an essential need for them is a comfortable home and—under current circustances—a safe haven for their loved ones. This is why for the longest time, BRIA has resolutely provided solidly built, stylish, and affordable houses and lots to Filipinos in safe and secure BRIA housing developments across the country.

Now, with the pandemic a lingering threat to everyone’s health, BRIA Homes persists in highlighting their property management with stringent hygiene and sanitation measures and a continuous adoption of technology in doing business.

To date, BRIA Homes helps its residents adhere to health protocols by accepting digital payments for local and international bills through its partner banks such as Maybank, BDO, Unionbank, PNB, Security Bank, RCBC, and Metrobank. Residents and prospective homeowners can also use e-wallets such as All Easy, GCash, and Paymaya to remit their payments.

Prospective homeowners may still view BRIA’s houses and lots for sale and its rent-to-own homes through virtual tours and by availing of BRIA’s digital open-house events and live-selling of its projects.

It is quite undeniable that daily activities became centered at home. As a brand that provides the strongest connections at home, PLDT Home has become essential in enabling families to thrive in 2020 by providing them reliable digital connectivity to access online learning, set up home offices, build and rebuild businesses through online platforms, and many others. It further strengthened the realization that despite the many challenges, the more bonding moments and constant connection shared among families, the stronger they become. PLDT Home’s #StoriesAtHome have made people realize what truly matter amidst the challenges of the year.

The new year may be uncertain. But there is one thing assured of keeping people together. It is the connections that each family continues to nurture and feel encouraged to face the coming new year head on and still brimming with confidence and hope.

VS1 & Mototek ends 2020 with purposeful ride campaign

VS1 and Mototek tapped motoring personalities Zach Lucero and Gaki Azurin, better known as Gaki Girl, to close the 2020 Purposeful Ride campaign with twin year-end celebration rides. The pair rode out for holiday shopping and distributed their loot to families living along the streets of Manila. They then proceeded to Gilmore to buy Christmas parols, which they gifted to their moms.

Both Lucero and Azurin then demonstrated how to condition the motorcycle for its optimum performance before riding, highlighting the two-pronged protection that the motor care line brings. The motorcycle aficionados also shared tips on how they kept their vehicles in tip-top shape despite being dormant in their garage for the months-long quarantine.

“2020 was a bit more restrictive than normal but we wanted to still spread joy with our partners Zach and Gaki, who are solid VS1 and Mototek fans, and their viewers. With one ride, we hoped to bring meaningful connections back with motoring as a way to reach out to those who were hit the worst by the pandemic,”said Assistant Product Manager Alek Barcia.

Earlier in August, Rica “Jet Lee” Cabarrubias and Philip “JT” Elliot took to their wheels to show their support to frontliners. Elliot donated face masks and face shields to Los BaƱos Doctors Hospital and Medical Center and exchanged quarantine stories with the hospital’s cardio technician, Jena Crisologo, and security guard, Jamal Navarete.

“It’s a very meaningful day, a very meaningful vlog. Ang sarap sa pakiramdam to reach out and makipagkwentuhan sa mga frontliners natin,” shared Elliot.

Cabarrubias, for her part, stopped by all the checkpoints in Cebu City to distribute food packs to the enforcers on duty.

The purposeful Christmas ride is an initiative of the Consumer Care Products Incorporated’s motor line to keep the momentum for supporting modern-day heroes, uplift communities, spreading love in the time of the Pandemic. Follow @VS1ProtectorPH on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated on the latest.

Lucero summarizes the mission of the Purposeful Ride campaign well. “If we have a little more than others, it is our duty to do something for them kahit sa maliit na bagay lang.”

Teleperformance helps disrupted enterprises navigate new digital landscape

“As the pandemic forces more people into a digital-only way of life, businesses must meet customers where they are today,” Teleperformance Customer Experience Lab (CX Lab) points out in a recently published white paper entitled Redefining the Customer Experience for a Post-COVID-19 World.

This is being proven everyday as both domestic and global companies have quickly began seeing the impact of the market changes on their bottom lines and just as quickly began recognizing that having a good digital transformation plan is essential for their sustainability. Clearly, organizations need an innovation engine to move them through a business transformation roadmap that are unique to their goals and objectives.

“Companies are operating in a dynamic environment where they have to be agile and responsive to client requirements, so they need solutions driven by Technology, Analytics, and Process Excellence teams to deliver change and results that would delight their customers,” said Mike Lytle, Teleperformance Philippines Chief Operations Officer, as he expounded on the company’s digital transformation framework and innovation methodology during their recent annual Leadership Summit.

The Technology, Analytics, and Process Excellence or TAP is Teleperformance’s business transformation framework – a methodology established to quickly identify transformation opportunities to adapt to the new environment. TAP does this through a systematic process of remote assessment agility with constant tracking, organization, and communication between the different stakeholders -- from the initial collection of project data and KPIs, to complete and collaborative presentations.

“Customer expectations are changing rapidly as companies adapt to the new normal. Businesses need an agile business partner that can help orchestrate contacts across traditional and digital channels,” Lytle noted. “With TAP, we aim to design digital-first, low effort experiences that prioritize the convenience of the customer, at the same time making it easy for our clients’ customers to reach a live agent for complex interactions.”

Putting customers in the center of the solution is key, added Lytle. “We first map and analyze all contact reasons and touchpoints. We look beyond the interaction and understand the customer’s journey. Together with our clients and leveraging our team of experts, we jointly determine what transactions and touchpoints are best orchestrated, enriched, simplified or automated.”

Moving clients from traditional delivery to smart operations, Teleperformance Philippines offerings for business-led and market-driven Digital Transformation solutions potentially improves business outcomes, with as much as 65.3% in savings.

TAP initiatives, for instance, have resulted in 13.4% voice traffic deflected to digital and self-service options through Digital Experience Optimization for a pay TV client. A TAP project also resulted in processing time reduction from 90 Hours to just 15 minutes through Robotics Process Automation for a US commercial airline company. Another case is a project that brought about a 17% improvement on Resolution Rate through Process Improvement for a Fintech start up in the Philippines.

According to Lytle, “the Philippines as a delivery location has grown significantly in terms of its ability to provide value to clients. Beyond talent availability, ready capacity and labor arbitrage. Teleperformance’s investments on talent, tools and technology enabled our operations teams to deliver Technology, Analytics and Process Excellence solutions that generate tangible outcomes for our clients business.”
