The South Korean Superstar that we loved on hit Korean Drama series like Doom at Your Service (2021), Reply 1997 (2012), The Smile Has Left Your Eyes (2018), Shopaholic Louis (2016), and Cafe Minamdang (2022) is coming to Manila for an exclusive Fan Meeting!

 

That is right, friends! The very versatile South Korean actor, singer, and director Seo In-guk is ready to meet you all this coming August 12, 2023 for his first-ever grand Fan Meet in Southeast Asia. This event will take place at the New Frontier Theater at 6pm and is powered by EPIC Events, the same promoter that gave us the wonderful Clark Aurora Music Festival this year which was attended by over 50,000 festival goers.

According to EPIC, it is their very first ever Korean venture. "We are thrilled to bring Seo In-guk to Manila for his first-ever fan-meeting in Southeast Asia.” "This is an incredible opportunity for fans to connect with their favorite artist on a personal level and share their admiration for his talent. Seo In-guk has garnered a strong following worldwide through his remarkable performances in various hit dramas and films. Known for his exceptional acting skills and soulful singing voice, Seo In-guk has captivated audiences with his talent and charm. With his fan-meeting tour finally extending to Southeast Asia, fans in the Philippines are eagerly awaiting the chance to meet their beloved idol in person.

 

The superstar experienced a lot of hardships before reaching stardom. He was the first Grand Winner of the talent show Super Star K in 2009 and kicked off his career as a singer. He gained popularity through his breakout role in the drama series Reply 1997 (2012)  and has since starred in various successful projects, including The Smile Has Left Your Eyes (2018)  and The King's Face (2014). With his remarkable talent and versatility, Seo In-guk has captured the hearts of fans worldwide. Recently, he dropped songs called “My Love”, “Youth”, and “FALLEN”.

 

Moreover, he won as Best Couple with Oh Yeon Seo for Cafe Minamdang in 2022 KBS Drama Awards, won as Best Artist Actor Award in 2022 Asian Artist Award as for Cafe Minamdang (2022) & Project Wolf Hunting (2022)Some scenes on the said show were set in the PH so for sure he’s ready to share cool pieces of trivia for that at the Fan Meet!

 

Another milestone is the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2023 Global Spotlight Award for TRAP directed and starred by Seo In Guk himself. He’s also reported to star in a new fantasy drama called Death’s Game with actress Park So-dam later this year.

 

It won’t be his first time in the Philippines, though! During the filming of the film No Breathing (2013), did you know that they shot some scenes in Davao. Last year, he was also interviewed by Filipino media for the promotion of his single album “Love&Love” released under Warner Music Philippines.

We have made significant strides in our journey to achieve this goal with the Galaxy S23 series, which features a wider variety of recycled materials than any other Galaxy smartphone, including pre-consumer recycled glass and aluminum and post-consumer recycled plastics, which are sourced from discarded fishing nets, water barrels and PET bottles. Compared to its previous generation, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has also doubled the number of components made with recycled materials and expanded their presence to external components, not just internal components. 

Now, we are taking another step forward in our journey by applying eco-conscious materials to all eight styles of smartphone cases for the Galaxy S23 series[1], in addition to the Screen Protector[2] that provides added protection to the smartphone’s screen.

Silicone Grip Case

The Silicone Grip Case for the Galaxy S23 series integrates a range of post-consumer recycled plastics, promoting improved resource circularity in Samsung’s design and production processes.

The inner frame is made with a material consisting of a minimum of 20% post-consumer recycled plastic[3] sourced from discarded water barrels, and the interior of the case has recycled microfiber, which is made with a minimum of 29% recycled PET plastics[4].

Each Silicone Grip Case comes with a strap that uses fabric consisting of 86% recycled PET plastics. To create the strap material, PET bottles are melted down and repurposed to form a flexible and durable yarn.

Smart View Wallet Case

Known for its convenience, the Smart View Wallet Case for the Galaxy S23 series allows users to easily access their device’s interactive display without opening the cover. With a simple tap to the display window, Galaxy users can answer a call or play music. 

But the Smart View Wallet Case is more than convenient, it is designed with eco-conscious materials. The outer cover is constructed with a material that has a minimum of 21% bio-based content[5]. The inner frame, similarly, uses a material with a minimum of 20% post-consumer recycled plastics, while the interior of the case is made with recycled microfibers containing a minimum of 29% recycled PET plastics. 

Rugged Gadget Case

The Rugged Gadget Case for the Galaxy S23 series is built to last, with a sturdy design and comfortable grip. It protects the device against bumps, drops and scratches. This heavy-duty case has been drop-tested to meet military-grade standards[6]. 

The case’s enhanced protection is supported by recycled materials, demonstrating that improved durability should not come at a cost to eco-conscious material innovation. The outer frame incorporates a material containing a minimum of 37% bio-based content.
