I remember when I used to be part of the BPO industry years ago. I still couldn’t believe I lasted 5 years working for several healthcare companies but those were some of the most memorable and enjoyable years of my life.

So when working at a BPO, I’ve learned that the salary may be good, but its the people and the environment that makes the work load a lot less bearable and the night shifts worth reporting for.
