The Watsons flagship store in The Block SM City North Edsa is the largest in the Philippines with almost 1,000 square meters of health and beauty products and special services.

 

The pharmacy area has an open layout so customers can see the widest and most extensive line-up of health and wellness products including medications, vitamins, supplements, medical supplies, mom & baby essentials, fitness, and ambulatory products.

The store also features Health Supplement Advisor, a self-help tool that creates expert content curated by medical professionals.

 

Watsons also has its first state-of-the-art clinic powered by The Medical City that features virtual consultation and remote physical examination. A laboratory technician is present to facilitate the use of a Tytocare gadget that will enable a remote doctor to hear abdominal and chest sounds, check the ears, mouth, throat, and skin and provide prescription and lab requests. The patient can then fulfill prescriptions at the Watsons pharmacy right beside the area. What a convenient, fast, and affordable way to get diagnosed and get medications. Soon, vaccination services for flu, HPV, and pneumonia will be available at the clinic.

Popeyes opens its 15th restaurant in Metro Manila at The Annex, 3rd Level, SM City North Edsa

The world famous fried chicken chain Popeyes just opened its 15th restaurant in Metro Manila at The Annex, 3rd Level, SM City North Edsa!


This is the second Popeyes restaurant to open this 2021 -- and what colorful fanfare! The inauguration started off with a festive vibe where guests enjoyed  tunes from the marching band, participated in exciting games, took home prizes, and of course, indulging in Popeyes’ delicious offerings, all while strictly practicing safety protocols.

Celebrities also joined in on the opening fun, led by Kyline Alcantara, Ron Angeles, Christian Tiu, Kyle Echarri, Teejay Marquez, Patch Magtanong, Mika dela Cruz and Nash Aguas who were all spotted enjoying their Popeyes favorites! 


With the opening of Popeyes at SM City North Edsa, chicken lovers in the area won’t have to travel far to order the restaurant’s signature offerings such as its juicy fried chicken that’s packed with distinct Cajun-inspired flavors from New Orleans, USA. There’s also the super famous U.S. Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the very same sandwich that quickly sold out during its launch in the Philippines in October 2020, its all-time favorite honey biscuits, burgers, chicken tenders, Cajun fries, as well as the Popeyes spaghetti, which is exclusive to  branches in the Philippines.

SM City North Edsa partners with Young Designer Jeffrey Rogador for Independence Day runway




SM City North Edsa celebrates PH Independence Day with a fashion show, showcasing the works of the young and dynamic Designer Jeffrey Rogador,
who has been celebrating immense and diverse Filipino culture. His collection features a style with a concoction of contemporary and deep-rooted aesthetics that both serves form and functionality. lt is about dressing up and celebrating the liberty, diversity, and inclusivity, regardless of age.  His tops are wearable, cute and funky enough to layer with a shirt or accessorize with a shoulder bag and shoes.


The #ManilaStreetWear fashion show is graced by Miss Universe PH 2018 Catriona Gray and some noted celebrity influencers/millennials.

In this event, SM City North EDSA, the premier shopping mall in Asia,  highlights,  a glamorous street wear fashion show at The Block Atrium, 60 aspiring models from all shapes and sizes representing the genuine Filipino people of today in an urban setting. Called ”Manila Street Wear,” this fashion show includes famous celebrities, social media influencers and sports enthusiasts. They are Nicole Cordovez, 2016 Miss Grand international first runner-up, the social media guru such as Mike Lavarez, who is also a DJ, Tom Tacwigan, Raven Tacwigan, Chuck Aquino and Joe Abad and De La Salle Lady Spikers Major Baron, Kim Fajardo and Kiana Dy.




At the same time, SM City constant and loyal shoppers will be able to experience and enjoy other art-related activities like hand-painted clothes workshop and live fashion wall art demo. There will be exhibit and selling of seven different Filipino culture-inspired collections of Rogador at The Block Atrium until June 13.
