The Avengers Experience comes to life this summer from April 20 to May 16, 2015!

Goldilocks sets the stage for the first Goldilocks Junior Crew Summer Workshop





Now that the school is over, you can make the best summer experience for your kids. As your little ones has been focused on academic learning all year,  summer is the perfect time for experimental learning. Let him join the first Goldilocks Junior Crew Summer Workshop, to learn the importance of hardwork and let the skills shown during the 5-days workshop while developing self discipline and meet friends along the way.




Goldilocks, the country’s number one bakeshop sets the stage for the sweetest summer memories yet. It marks the launch of the very first Goldilocks Junior Crew summer workshop, I witnessed how the   children interact with each other, build camaraderie, learned self-discipline and have fun all at the same time.  Last April 20, we had a dibs of what the Goldilocks Junior Kiddie Crew would bring to the kiddie participants. The first batch of excited kids who were cute in their yellow aprons were first introduced to each other,  toured the kitchen, greeted the mall goers, watched as the cashier attended the buyers, assisted the crews, had an art session afterwards. The workshop lasted for 5 days, from April 20-25. It was a successful event as parents and kids learned the value of hardwork and responsibility.



Goldilocks open its doors to all aspiring Goldilocks Junior Crew members. The kids should be from ages 6-12. He will learn first—hand what it's like to be behind the scenes of the country’s number one bakeshop. In addition to an educational immersion store experience, children will get to participate in various games and art sessions, as well as the fan favorite Goldilocks Decorate Your Cake activity. The workshop takes place over the course of five days, with two hours each day devoted to learning responsibility and enjoying the experience.



Cherry Caluya, the Marketing Director of Goldilocks Philippines, said, “Throughout the
entire history of our brand, Goldilocks has always been about bringing smiles to the faces of children. We've always seen their happiness at Goldilocks as our responsibility, and with the
Goldilocks Junior Crew Workshops, a big part of our goal is making sure that we set a good example for them."


With the Junior Crew Workshop, she hopes that the children who participate will be exposed to the value of discipline and hard work, while developing their social skills as they make new friends during the summer.

NATIONAL SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE 2015





Two students from Southern Leyte, who dreamt of competing for the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC), had their dreams came true through the gracious help of Col. Alejandro “Alex” Teves Escano (center), a philantropist and a public servant . The students namely Lourdes Fiel Mare Orita (Grade 8) and  Jose Oliver Obus (Grade 6) both competed for the  category of Copyreading and Headline Writing. NSPC 2015 was held recently in Taguig City with its theme, “Empowering Resilient Communities Through Campus Journalism.” Here, Olita and Obus expressed their gratitude to Col. Escano by giving the latter a plaque of appreciation.

Oakley PH launches Madman and Badman Sunglasses



Oakley is by far the most sought after sunglasses in UAE where I stayed for less than a year. My brother bought two of the model sunglasses then, he chose Oakley because of its style and function. It is the only "sunglasses" military personnel uses because it is optimized with wearable performance-edged frame style and lenses. Our #InstaxMemory from Instax DIY Day, Year 2






Instax camera became a hit with the hobbyists as soon as it landed Manila 2 years ago. It is just perfect for  capturing your precious moments in life and keeping those prints as souvenirs.

Instax celebrates their 2nd year anniversary last April 15 at Shutter Master Pro.,QC. It was a fun filled event attended by bloggers, celebrities and media. This time the Instax DIY Day Year 2 showcased ways of how to turn your instax photos into keychains, organizers, center pieces, calendars. and or guide for your OOTDs and more.


The event was hosted by Justine Santos and RJ Roque with a very warm welcome from Mr. Takuya Maeda ushering the media to the Instax DIY Year 2.



There are many various ideas to decorate and create that memory using Instax photos. I have learned so much from celebrities like Reese Lansangan, Camie Juan, Verniece Enciso and RJ Roque and is starting to take a hobby like organizing photos from my past travel.

Reese Lansangan showed us how easy it is to make a keychain out of her favorite instax photos. Photos as keychains are making a comeback!You could bind your favorite Instax photos together, display, and bring them with you wherever you go.


Camie Juan just turned her calendar into a collage of memories from her recent travels.  She sticked her favorite instax photos from Korea as reminder or memory of the month's event.   You too can create your own calendar and paste your favourite Instax photos to save the date for special occasions by sticking your Intax memory of the month.





It just made our day extra sweet and memorable, because our team #Group 1 won the Instax DIY by creating our own Instax project for the event.  I never knew I had the creative juice to contribute, until our group came up with this.

McRib finally lands on Philippine shores for a limited time only

Sandiwaan Center equips youth with computers from Philam Foundation




Philam Foundation, Inc. (PFI) donates 24 of its computer sets to Sandiwaan Center for Learning (SCL).

SCL is a technology-based, non-formal educational center that equips out-of-school youth and other marginalized sectorsa host of technopreneurial skills ranging from basic computer literacy to robotics.

Through this partnership, PFI aims to help SCL and its beneficiaries gain the necessary skills to enter the information technology industry and embark on their own start up businesses.







Every Kid can be a hero with Giordano's Avengers collection for kids





This April, The Avengers, the most prestigious and powerful super-hero team in the world,
Earth's number 1 team,   will take over the big screen to stop Ultron, a technological super villain determined to make the human race extinct. But before the youngest fans troop to the cinemas, Giordano Junior will launch a special Avengers collection for kids on April 15.



Items in the collection evoke some of the main themes in the hit Marvel movie such as courage, sportsmanship and teamwork. The pieces also feature the Avengers: Ironman, Captain America, The Hulk, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye. 



The collection, aptly named Every Kid can be a hero, incorporates the Avengers’ elements into the trendy baseball fashion. Fabrics and prints show athletic influence. Baseball elements like classic black and white stripes and number prints are present in every piece.

“At Giordano, we always keep our fingers on the pulse, staying abreast of the hottest topics in town. Moreover, we strive to share and re-interpret these valuable moments with our customers through our collections,” said Giordano’s VP for Merchandising- Rochelle Tan.


When The Avengers broke summer box office records in 2012, it won the hearts of superhero fans across the globe. Excitement for the second movie came as soon as the first one left the theaters. Fans, especially the young ones, waited eagerly for the sequel.



In just a month, the Avengers: Age of Ultron will hit the theaters and there’s no better way for the kids to show fandom than to watch the highly anticipated mega blockbuster in their own Giordano Junior Avengers tees.
