Beyond environmental stewardship, CaSoBe actively engages with the local community through CSR programs, including the Adopt-a-Scholar initiative with Batangas State University and nearby schools, mangrove planting, turtle hatchling releases, and local employment, with 70% of LLV staff drawn from the surrounding area.

Pangilinan, and the 15.5-meter CaSoBe Lighthouse stand as iconic landmarks of the estate.

Adding a signature residential dimension to the estate is The Nautilus — a visionary beachfront condotel whose design draws inspiration from Jules Verne’s legendary submarine Nautilus in Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, carved into CaSoBe’sshoreline like a ship anchored by the sea. This homage to exploration and innovation gives The Nautilus an iconic silhouette that reflects both curiosity and elegance, mirroring the sense of discovery that comes with every sunrise and sunset by the water.

At the International Broadcast Center (IBC), the nerve center of global coverage, TCL provided more than 330 TV screens and 300 commercial display units so broadcasters and media professionals could watch every moment in exceptional detail, supporting the seamless transmission of each event to millions of viewers worldwide. Across the Olympic Villages, TCL smart home appliances ensured comfort for athletes, while specially optimized display systems enabled the “Athlete Moment,” supporting more than 350 emotional connections between athletes and loved ones.

The emotion and drama of Milano Cortina 2026 was embodied in the stories of the athletes TCL supports as part of Team TCL, whose resilience and pursuit of excellence helped to inspire people worldwide to recognize their own greatness and push beyond personal limits in their daily lives. While the commitment of these athletes resulted in outstanding achievements, their spirit demonstrated that true greatness is found beyond the podium, embodying the meaning behind TCL’s “It’s Your Greatness” campaign.

Reflecting on this momentous milestone, Li Dongsheng, Founder and Chairman of TCL, said: “Since our founding in 1981, TCL’s focus has been to create technology designed to improve lives. As we mark our first year as a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner, we have been proud to use that expertise to empower the Olympic Games for audiences across the world. The real impact of innovation is in helping to put human stories front and center on one of the biggest stages in sport.”

Beyond competition venues, TCL also connected directly with the public through a series of immersive events, beginning with its “Wishes For Greatness” Winter Wonderland in the lead-up to the Olympic Winter Games. Installed in Milan's Piazza del Duomo over the festive season to amplify the city’s 29-metre-tall Tree of Milano Cortina 2026, the event featured sport-themed igloos and seasonal displays, creating a vibrant space for fun and celebration.

Blending technology and creativity, the exhibit also offered customizable souvenirs, creating memorable moments for visitors. TCL also partnered with the Olympic Museum, painter and Olympian Zeina Rashid, and 3D mural artist Bublegum to create a vibrant mural in downtown Milan. Inspired by Zeina’s childhood memories of watching the Olympic Winter Games on television, the mural fused sport, art and technology to bring to life the unique cultural impact of the Olympic Games.

Kirsty Coventry, President of the International Olympic Committee, said: “The Olympic Games are becoming more connected, more digital, more global. TCL technology is transforming how the Olympic Games are experienced, making every moment immersive and emotional. TCL will proudly cheer on its two Team TCL athletes: accomplished Brazilian wheelchair racer and skier Aline Rocha, and Brazilian para cross-country skier Cristian Ribera as they compete on the world stage, inspiring others through their resilience and determination.

With a long-term commitment as a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner, the company looks forward to building on the strong foundations established during Milano Cortina 2026. PLDT Home Champions Women-Led Enterprises This Women’s Month

A growing number of women across the Philippines are turning online platforms into full-fledged businesses, reshaping the country’s entrepreneurial landscape in the process. This Women’s Month, PLDT Home highlights this surge and expands its support for women-led enterprises through stronger connectivity, AI training, and programs aimed at helping businesses scale responsibly.

Recent data from the Philippine Commission on Womenshows just how significant this shift has become. Women own 66 percent of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and lead 62 percent of newly registered businesses. These figures underscore the growing influence of women as economic drivers and community builders nationwide.

Recognizing this impact, PLDT Home has long positioned connectivity as the backbone of women’s entrepreneurship. What began as support for home-based businesses during the pandemic has now evolved into a movement that provides a digital infrastructure, enabling thousands of women to run efficient, competitive, and fully online ventures.

A key reflection of this commitment is Madiskarte Moms PH (MMPH), powered by PLDT Home. From a small online community, it has expanded into a nationwide network of more than 225,000 women entrepreneurs, now among the largest in the country. Its growth represents a broader movement toward women’s financial independence, leadership, and long-term business resilience.

PLDT Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer Menardo “Butch” G. Jimenez, Jr.

“Women are already shaping the country’s entrepreneurial landscape in powerful ways,” said Menardo “Butch” Jimenez, Jr., PLDT Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. “Our role is to ensure they have the digital infrastructure and future-ready capabilities to sustain and scale that impact. Connectivity today is more than access — it is an enabler of innovation, inclusion, and long-term growth.”

Deepening AI Capabilities for Women Entrepreneurs

Madiskarte Moms PH community members at the 2025 Gemini Academy

As the digital economy evolves, PLDT Home continues to expand beyond connectivity to include skills development and innovation support.

Building on the success of last year’s Gemini Academy in partnership with Google Philippines, PLDT Home will once again bring the program to Madiskarte Moms, this time with more advanced discussions reflecting how rapidly artificial intelligence has evolved over the past year.

From enhancing digital marketing campaigns and generating smarter customer insights to supporting product innovation, streamlining operations, and simplifying accounting processes, the enhanced Gemini Academy aims to equip women entrepreneurs with practical tools to embed AI into every stage of their business. By integrating AI across marketing, product development, operations management, and financial tracking, mompreneurs can work more efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and build enterprises that are both competitive and sustainable in today’s fast-evolving digital economy.

Recognizing Sustainable Leadership

Ms. Ermelita Valdeavilla, Chairperson of the Philippine Commission on Women, at the 2024 Gawad Madiskarte Awards Ceremony

PLDT Home also champions long-term, sustainable entrepreneurship through the annual Gawad MadiskarteAwards.

On March 28, the 4th Gawad Madiskarte Awards Ceremony will recognize outstanding mompreneurs who exemplify innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth. These women are building enterprises designed to endure — generating livelihoods, supporting communities, and contributing meaningfully to economic development.

By combining reliable connectivity, advanced AI training, and recognition platforms that promote sustainability, PLDT Home continues to strengthen its ecosystem of support for women-led enterprises.

This Women’s Month, PLDT Home reaffirms its belief that empowering women entrepreneurs creates ripple effects far beyond individual success. Stronger women-led businesses help stabilize families and strengthen communities.

The Digital Advantage: Introducing the PSA E-Certificate Service Powered by PSAHelpline.ph

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), in collaboration with its authorized online channel, PSAHelpline.ph, is pleased to announce the modernization of vital records access through the PSA E-Cert Service. This service represents a significant step forward in the digital transformation of public services, ensuring that authenticated copies of civil registry documents are secured and shared with maximum efficiency and security.

This initiative delivers an official, authenticated, digital copy of your civil registry document, offering a secure and immediate method for handling essential paperwork from your computer or mobile device. Designed for convenience across the Philippines, the PSA E-Cert acts as a readily available, verifiable version of documents like Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates. It is a digitized copy of the physical PSA certificate issued by the PSA that can be quickly utilized for submission and verification with government agencies and other stakeholders nationwide. The new service provides a fully integrated end-to-end digital journey—from initial request and secure payment to digital delivery offering the ultimate standard in user convenience.

What is a PSA E-Certificate?

The PSA E-Cert is an official, authenticated, digital copy of civil registry documents such as Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates, as well as the Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH).

Think of it as the official electronic version of your PSA certificate. It offers a secure and immediate way to handle essential paperwork, bypassing the time required for physical courier delivery. Since it is designed to be digitally verified, it is perfect for quick and secure online submissions to institutions that accept digital documents.

The document contains robust digital security features, notably a QR code, which allows the stakeholder to instantly confirm its authenticity and integrity through the secure e-cert portal (e-cert.psahelpline.ph).

Who are the Stakeholders?

A stakeholder is any local office or institution, including government agencies, schools, or private companies, that officially accepts and verifies your submitted PSA E-Cert.

These entities rely on the E-Cert's digital security features (like the QR code, reference number, and authorization code.) to instantly confirm that your document is authentic and was officially issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) via PSAHelpline.ph.

Common transactions where you may submit your E-Cert include:

School Enrollment: For schools and universities when enrolling a student.

Local Employment: When applying for a job within the Philippines that requires verification of a birth or marriage certificate.

Government Transactions: For applying for claims and benefits, or other services from various government agencies (where the digital copy is accepted).

Other Transactions: Including financial applications or legal services requiring proof of civil status.

The institution's acceptance of the E-Cert allows them to instantly verify your document's integrity, simplifying their process and ensuring maximum security.

Requesting the PSA E-Cert:

The PSA E-Cert service is initiated when an applicant places an order for documents such as Birth, Marriage, Death Certificates, CENOMAR, and CENODEATH on the PSAHelpline.ph website, specifically selecting the digital format.

  1. Application: Visit e-cert.psahelpline.ph, select the document needed, and fill out the order form.
  2. Payment: Pay through any of the payment channels integrated with the service (E-wallets, Credit/Debit, Online Banking).
  3. Applicant Verification: A mandatory Identity Verification Process ensures that sensitive data only reaches the rightful owner.
  4. Delivery:The requesting party receives a secure link via email to view and download their PSA certificate.

Verification by the Stakeholder

A core benefit of the PSA E-Cert is its robust digital verification system, allowing any local office or institution (Stakeholder) to instantly confirm the authenticity of the submitted document.

The Stakeholder can verify the authenticity of the E-Cert through two options:

Option A (QR Scan): Simply scan the QR code on the document. It redirects to the e-cert portal to display the official PSA-issued copy for an immediate "side-by-side" comparison.

Option B (Manual Entry): If a scanner is not available, the stakeholder (e.g., an employer, school, or a bank) can enter the Reference Number and Authorization Code found on the E-Cert cover page directly on the e-cert.psahelpline.ph website. An image of the official PSA-issued copy will be shown for "side-by-side" comparison

The PSA E-Cert portal allows the stakeholder to verify that the certificate was indeed issued by PSAHelpline.ph, ensuring the document's integrity and originality.
