The landmark agreement, facilitated through the Department of Energy (DOE)’s Green Energy Option Program (GEOP), underscores Landco’s commitment to sustainable tourism and operational excellence, positioning CaSoBÄ“ as a leader in environmentally responsible leisure development in the Philippines.

The (GEOP) allows eligible end-users with a minimum average monthly consumption of 100 kilowatts to directly choose their renewable energy supplier and shift their power supply to 100% clean energy sources. This empowers consumers to drive the transition to a sustainable energy future.

ACEN RES is currently the market leader in GEOP, holding a 57% market share according to the latest Competitive Retail Electricity Market (CREM) report from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).

The Spinnaker is proudly pursuing EDGE Certification of the International Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of The World Bank, targeting to meet the criteria of at least 20% savings on use of resources: water, energy, and embodied materials. The condotel will be the first to feature the double-piped waterline system to use non-potable water for toilet flushing and irrigation. It will also provide Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations to reduce and significant use of recycled materials for further lower the property’s carbon footprint.

Landco Pacific and AIM Unveil New Student Lounge to Empower Future Leaders

 Asian Institute of Management and Landco Pacific Corporation officially unveiled the Landco Pacific Student Lounge at the AIM campus in Makati City. The ceremonial event was led by Dr. Jikyeong Kang, President and Dean of AIM, and Erickson Y. Manzano, President and CEO of Landco Pacific Corporation.

 Second California Roadshow Aims to Engage More U.S. Investors with Stunning Beachfront Condominium Developments in the Tourist Destinations of Batangas, Philippines
