Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay allows customers to place orders ahead of their visit and pick them up at their chosen Starbucks store



With many of us experiencing shifts in our lifestyles, we need solutions that meet both convenience and safety. Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay offers these and more. It allows customers to place orders ahead of their visit and pick them up at their chosen Starbucks store. The ordering experience is seamlessly integrated into the Starbucks Philippines app and Starbucks Rewards program. 

To get started, download the Starbucks app, register to Starbucks Rewards and tap 'Order.' Once registered, member can order and pay within the app and choose to pick up using these options in stores where the feature is available: 

      In-store pickup – head straight to the pickup counter for your order



      Curbside pickup – park in a designated parking slot, check in, and a barista will bring your order to you*

      Drive-thru pickup – arrive at the drive-thru window and pick up your order*


      Outdoor pickup – arrive at your chosen outdoor pickup point, check in, and a barista will bring your order to you*

Just as in-stores, beverages are customizable, including the option to modify size, number of espresso shots, dairy selections and more. You can also choose to have your pasty warmed.

Starbucks uplifts customers with the Starbucks Traditions Promotion for the Holidays

Its the most wonderful time of the year as Starbucks is back for their holiday tradition. December is not complete without our favorite Starbucks planner!

This holiday season, Starbucks uplifts customers with the Starbucks Traditions Promotion. From November 2 to January 3, customers will earn a sticker for every purchase of a Tall, Grande, or Venti handcrafted beverage. An exclusive Starbucks Traditions merchandise may be redeemed every eighteen (18) stickers collected.

While staying true to a tradition of almost two decades, this year debuts a never-before-seen collection and new ways to join.

The 2022 Starbucks Traditions Planner comes with a matching Organizer. Perfect to pen unplanned wins and pleasant surprises, this year’s edition comes with an intricate yet subtle embossed Siren and scale design. The organizer consists of built-in pockets to keep a pen, Starbucks Cards, and other essentials in one place.

Inside the planner, there are 12 exclusive monthly artworks featuring Starbucks’ commitment to coffee heritage, partners (employees), communities and customers it serves, and our planet.

New this year with the same modern monochromatic design of the Planner with Organizer, the 2022 Starbucks Traditions Mug and Tumbler with Pouch is an unexpected but welcome addition to the Starbucks Traditions collection. The sets highlight what Starbucks does best: coffee. Each set includes a sleek stainless steel matte black 12oz tumbler or a classic pristine white 12oz ceramic mug, both paired with a pouch customer can carry all day.

New ways to join

For the first time, customers can now collect stickers digitally in two ways: (1) get the new QR promo card in stores and collect a digital sticker every handcrafted beverage in store, or (2) use the Starbucks app by opting in to collecting e-Stickers every handcrafted beverage purchased using a registered Starbucks Card.

Starbucks has also made it easier to earn stickers from the comfort of home. Customers can now earn digital stickers through their favorite delivery app. Every purchase of four (4) eligible handcrafted beverages on GrabFood or food panda will be issued a QR promo card loaded with its corresponding digital stickers.

First Look at 2021 Starbucks Planners and Organizers



Starbucks planners always spells joy and celebration to me. Looking forward to positivity and good health for everyone this coming year 2021. I was surprised that the planners came in my favorite colors and designs that everyone would love, that alone is a celebration to me. You can write your happy journal to promote positive outlook in life. You can write down things to be thankful for.

Still got those old Starbucks cards? Here's what to do with them


It was just last week that I decided to transfer my old and unused Starbucks  cards balance to my updated Starbucks Rewards App using my phone. (to update your Rewards, just enter a new password.)

But surprise! surprise! All the cards that I tried to key-in resulted to "invalid card." 


 

I panicked at the thought of having so many cards and not being able to use them anymore. I think, I still have around Php6K plus worth of unused cards. Bigla ako nagka anxiety attack. Hahaha. Nakaka sad naman kung di na magagamit yung cards.  


Before I went home yesterday. I dropped by SM North The Block to ask what to do. 

The crew at the cashier explained to me that I could still transfer the balance of all my old cards to a new card. Buti na lang I kept one used card with a balance of p295 in my wallet. 

He asked me to choose a new card. There were only 2 available. I chose the "star" card. Kase cute naman. 

And you can now transfer the new balance to your Starbucks Rewards App to earn stars and get coffee freebies!

That's it. Im planning to visit again next week and bring all  my old cards to transfer the  balance. I will let you know, how much I have accumulated for the past 4 years. 



Take note--unregistered card can still be used for purchase, however it will not earn STARS. 

BTW, if youre ready to dine-in. Starbucks is ready na for you! Just like others,  They have tracing form to fill up or just scan the QR provided at the table. Everything is sanitized. Social distancing is imposed too.

I remember the last time I used my Starbucks Rewards app was first week of March 2020 for a cold brew and a glazed donut. Since then, I missed having my latte in one of my favorite branches. 

If youre a previous My Starbucks Rewards member like me, you can simply update your old password and add a new Starbucks Card to your account through the website and latest app on Google Play or the App Store. It was truly rewarding being a member, you'll get freebies and discounts.

Starting July 17, Starbucks lovers can make every sip even more rewarding with the new Starbucks Rewards program, featuring a world of exclusive benefits. This new program offers members a faster and easier way to collect Stars and redeem rewards.

A warm cup of your go-to beverage or a piece of your favorite pastry is now within your grasp. With the new Starbucks Rewards, members can now get one Star with every Php25 spent on almost everything they buy in stores using their registered card or app.

Ano ang namiss nyo sa Starbucks?



Bigla ko namiss mag Starbucks event. Usually every December and April ang mga event nila to bring in their new merchandise and coffee drinks sa mga Starbucks customers and hobbyists/collectors. 

I miss going in to their events. Tapos magpi picture ng what's new and join din sa games nila to win some Starbucks premium items. 




Sa Starbucks ko lang na discover by chance yung mga gusto kong sandwich, cinnamon, corned beef pandesal and chocolate donut na di nakakaumay.  And sa kanila din ako natuto mag collect ng Starbucks cards. Ang cute ng collection ko. . When I am travelling, I tried to as much to avail ng kahit ano merchandise or taste/sip kung ano latte bestseller nila like when I was in China and Dubai recently. It never dissapoints. Iba iba ang lasa pero mas masarap yung coffee jelly dito sa tin. 


Dito ko lang din nakikita yung mga #ootd ko before. Namiss ko tong bagelya ko. 



Dito ko din minahal yung cold brew series nila, aside of course from Teavana and coffee jelly.  Ang sarap!! Promise. After the lockdown , ktakitz mga ka Starbucks. =) 


Starbucks commits $10 Million in COVID-19 relief for partners around the world



Starbucks announced the new Starbucks Global Partner Emergency Relief Program as part of its $10 million (USD) commitment to support partners (employees) around the world impacted by COVID-19. The program marks the first time both company-operated and international licensed market store partners across Starbucks may access hardship grants. These one-time, direct relief grants will be made available to partners facing extreme hardship as a result of COVID-19 and help ensure that partners around the world have access to emergency support during this difficult time.



In every community Starbucks serves, partners are the foundation of the company’s fundamental Mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit. Support from the Starbucks Global Partner Emergency Relief Program will be made available to retail partners in licensed store markets through the Emergency Assistance Foundation, to partners in company-operated markets through the established Caring Unites Partners (CUP) Fund, and to partners in Europe through the Starbucks EMEA Partner Relief Fund, a new fund established for European company-operated markets including the U.K., Austria, Switzerland, as well as the company’s Roastery in Italy and roasting plant in the Netherlands. 

“As we navigate this global crisis, we never lose sight of the wellbeing of our partners, who are the heartbeat of this company,” said Lucy Helm, chief partner officer, Starbucks Coffee Company. “During this very difficult time, we believe it is our responsibility to create additional support for partners facing unexpected financial hardship wherever they are. We are proud to be a catalyst for a first-of-its-kind global funding initiative to further demonstrate to our Starbucks partners that we are in this together.”

Starbucks has a long history of supporting partners. In 1998, the CUP Fund was started in the U.S. by partners, for partners facing unexpected financial hardship. Since then, the CUP Fund has supported more than 28,000 individuals. To date, the program has been extended to Starbucks company-operated markets in Canada, China and Japan.

Starbucks $10 million commitment to the Global Partner Emergency Relief Program will support the existing CUP Fund as well as the new Starbucks EMEA Partner Relief Fund and create a pathway for international licensed markets to set up their own funds with Starbucks contributing an initial investment, a first for the company. 




As each community faces unique response and recovery challenges, the new funds will be processed through the Emergency Assistance Foundation and enable licensed store operators in international markets to join Starbucks in providing support for partners in disaster designated areas, who are immediately eligible to apply for assistance.Qualified categories for fund grants include, but are not limited to, housing and utilities, sudden loss of home, death of a family member or partner, and related funeral expenses.

“Our goal at the Emergency Assistance Foundation (EAF) is to help individuals financially during times of disaster and hardship,” said Doug Stockham, President, EAF. “People around the globe are affected by COVID-19, and we pride ourselves on being the financial first responders. We are pleased to partner with Starbucks and look forward to making an impact together.”

Starbucks is bringing everyone the smooth and creamy flavors of fall with their brand new beverages



I have always been a fan of Starbucks Cold Brew,  when I feel like my body is weighing me down, I always order this wake-me upper signature beverage.  I am just as excited as any coffee lovers out there, when I learned that Starbucks offers the new Irish Cream Cold Brew.



It’s officially the perfect season for coffee-lovers as we transition into the coziest time of the year. With the chilly weather and with more customers seeking the comfort of a good cup of joe, this season marks the best time to explore and discover well-crafted coffee beverages.



While Pinoys may not experience crisp autumns at home, Starbucks is bringing everyone the smooth and creamy flavors of fall with their brand new beverages, handcrafted with heart, to enjoy during this cool time of the year. Available for a limited time only starting September 10.
