Eat for a cause with Chef Sharwin!
Following his highly successful benefit pop-up events in the US, curious chef, Sharwin Tee is cooking for a cause in Manila! Mark your calendars as he presents a 5-course dinner on September 10 at 7:00pm with an exciting menu that will celebrate the diversity of Philippine cuisine.
The benefit dinner will consist of indigenous and modern Filipino dishes as well as Chinese, Spanish, and American – all having contributed to multiple foreign cultures and influences to the evolution of what Filipino food has become.
‘Chef Sharwin Pops Up!’ will be held in Back of the House located at the G/F of the FLC Center, 15 Xavierville Ave., Quezon City. Proceeds will realize Chef Sharwin’s advocacy of encouraging the love and importance of reading by helping build public school libraries through the Ahon Foundation.
Eat for a cause and make a lot of book-loving children happy! To reserve/pledge, please call 0920 9148175 or email chefsharwinpopup@gmail.com.
