Filipinos have proven time and again their exceptional strength, skills, and general joy of life, which is why leading smartphone brand vivo Philippines aims to zoom in on the captured moments where women are shown living with strength, optimism, and an openness to live life fully--the good, the bad, and the ordinary.
vivo kicked off the social media contest by featuring the stories of photographer Shaira Luna, pilot Cheska Carandang, and cyclist Ariana Dormitorio, looking back on their journey in becoming Xceptional Pinays. The brand, knowing that there are countless more stories about Filipinas who are equally exceptional, encourages Filipinos to share short videos of their memories honoring the Xceptional Pinays who made a difference in their lives--it can be a relative, a friend, or even themselves. The videos should capture one of the five themes--Love, Care, Hope, Dream, and Joy.
Winners of the social media contest will have their video featured in vivo’s global omnibus video, Memories of Life, while the video entry with the highest engagement can win one vivo Y15A.
