Luxury is Lausanne Crosswinds' most Premium lot only Development in Tagaytay

Set within the illustrious hills and stunning mountain landscapes of Crosswinds in Tagaytay is Lausanne, a 24-hectare European-inspired mixed-use development known for its exclusivity and balance between charm and refinement.

In developing Lausanne, Brittany Corporation, the luxury residential arm of the country’s largest homebuilder, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., took inspiration from Europe’s charming spots that offer great architecture and beautiful natural surroundings.

Natural Surroundings Steal the Show

Like an Alpine town that is pretty in its own right, with natural surroundings that steal the show, Lausanne is envisioned to be a curated community with a limited collection of prime residential lots built around a vast forest of over 35,000 pine trees.

Think lush greenery, towering rock faces, flowery meadows, and tall pine trees that give the development a distinct, rarefied air and ambiance.

Lausanne’s first tranche of luxury lots for sale sits more than half a kilometer above sea level and boasts enchantingly sweeping panoramas with views of the lush hills of Tagaytay, the calm Laguna de Bay, and the skyline of the Metro.

Old-World Elegance and Charm

Old-world elegance has been maintained in the development. Kept like something precious, Lausanne is being developed without over-constructing it.

A picturesque promenade a few blocks from Lausanne features unique retail concepts and attractions that offer a wide range of cuisines and transport property owners and guests to Europe such as Dear Joe, Windmill at Lausanne, Cafe Yama, and Andersen’s Bakery.

Soon to rise in this curated community are one-of-a-kind attractions such as flower farm, strawberry field, vineyard, and chapel.

Many come to Lausanne for the European vibe, while others come to slow down and enjoy the quaint yet bon vivant lifestyle amongst the spectacular scenic beauty of the place.

A Beautiful View Only for a Few

In keeping with Crosswinds’ cozy, alpine image, lot-only properties at Lausanne possess an understated luxury. Brittany is curating comfort and affluence for Tagaytay’s most discerning few.

It’s no coincidence that many residents and visitors of Lausanne are some of the most affluent members of society since one has to have pretty deep pockets to afford a piece of land here.

Lausanne’s limited collection of lot-only properties is highly coveted due to a lack of bulky condominiums and overdevelopment in the area.

Crosswinds’ Pre-Selling High-End Residential Community

Exclusivity and privacy spell perfectly in this pre-selling high-end residential community as only 75 premium lots are being offered, with cuts ranging from 360-875 square meters.

Such spacious areas provide opportunities for future residents to create a home with enough room and flexibility to suit their needs. Lausanne’s limited collection of prime residential lots is set for turnover by 2025.

Luxury Properties are in Demand

As people realize their needs are changing, some turn to luxury properties to build their dream homes. A luxury property that is not only defined by its price but also by location, with the house itself boasting some of the most delicate features available.

The heightened buyer demand for high-end properties has resulted from the existing affluent looking to diversify and add new properties to their portfolio.

To serve the current market conditions and heightened buyer demand, Brittany is launching Lausanne’s second block of prime residential lots with only 27 lots available, offering better views and more significant cuts.

Brittany Corporation, the company behind this exclusive, nature-inspired enclave, also offers a fine selection of home designs, high-end condominiums, and lot-only properties in excellent locations such as Portofino in Alabang, La Posada in Sucat, and Promenade in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

For more information on Brittany Corporation’s collection of luxury properties, visit www.brittany.com.ph. You may also follow them on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

AirAsia Philippines drops its base fares to as low as Php 77!

Amid the rising fuel surcharge brought about by the volatility of the global fuel market, AirAsia Philippines drops its base fares to as low as Php 77 from July 04 to July 10, 2022 as part of its 7.7 Mid-Year Sale Promo.

The base fare drop is also a bid to sustain the momentum of travel for both its domestic and international flights. As of June 2022, AirAsia Philippines has recorded an average month-on-month growth of 31 percent for its total guests flown domestically. The uptick in passengers was seen following the relaxation of border protocols and the downward trend of daily COVID cases in the country. The reopening of international flights and the gradual increase in flight frequency to cities abroad have also led to an average month-on-month growth of 157 percent from February to June 2022 for AirAsia Philippines’ international routes.

AirAsia Philippines Spokesperson and Head of Communications and Public Affairs Steve Dailisanshares: “We at AirAsia Philippines are determined to sustain travel momentum notwithstanding market movements such as the rise in fuel surcharge cost. As we remain committed to our DNA of affordable and inclusive flying, we buttress this increase through major promotions such as the 7.7 Mid-Year sale and through regular minor promotions throughout the month. We hope that our guests will move ahead with their travel plans this year as we make sure to offer the best value for money.”

Among the domestic destinations to boast a PHP 77 base fare are Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Puerto Princesa and Caticlan. Filipino globetrotters eyeing to cross international borders may also check Kota Kinabalu and Singapore, which come with a 777 base fare while Hong Kong and Bangkok can be enjoyed with low base fares of Php 1,377 and Php 1, 777, respectively.

Booking period for the 7.7 Mid-Year sale is from July 04 to July 10 for travels happening from September 01, 2022 to March 25, 2023.

Tips on how to become a financially-savvy young adults with ShopeePay

Social media feeds are flooded with graduation photos, videos, and congratulatory greetings. With one chapter closing, comes another one. If you’re a fresh college graduate, it’s time to welcome the “adulting life” and the grown-up responsibilities that come with it.  As you build your career and earn your own money, you’ll have greater purchasing power. Hence, it’s important to take control of your finances early on. ShopeePay, Shopee’s integrated mobile wallet, can help you in this aspect.

With ShopeePay’s cost-saving features and rewarding perks, you can become a financially-savvy young adult. Here are tips to help you get ready for adulting:

Set aside a budget for savings and expenses

Allocate a portion of your monthly income for expenses and a percentage for savings. To avoid accidentally using your savings, you can transfer your allotted expenses to your ShopeePay wallet and use it for your transactions. Skip admin fees and cash in for free when you link your BPI or UnionBank account. For other banks, simply use your bank’s online app and cash in via InstaPay to get up to P25 cashback on your first two InstaPay transactions per month.

Send money for free when you make your transactions

Online money transfers are very convenient. However, you have to pay additional interbank or e-wallet fees if your recipients have different bank accounts. The fees seem like a small amount at first, but they add up over time. If you’re using ShopeePay, you don’t need to settle any fees because you can send money for free to any bank, e-wallet, or Shopee user.

Aside from the instant savings, you’ll also stand a chance to win coins and money when you join ShopeePay promos like ShopeePay Mission and Happy Hour. If you’re lucky, you can add your winnings to your budget.

Be more cost-effective when giving gifts

When it comes to gift-giving, you don’t necessarily have to purchase actual presents and pay additional delivery fees. Sending money is an economical and practical alternative to convey your good wishes. Now that you’re an adult, you’ll come to realize that a lot of people appreciate monetary gifts. ShopeePay has a feature called Ang Paothat allows you to instantly send money to multiple people in one go, all for free, which is a perfect way to gift your friends during special occasions. You can also use Ang Pao to surprise your parents—a thoughtful way of giving back to them after putting you through school.

Take advantage of discounts when paying bills and personal necessities

As you take on more responsibilities in your household, bills tend to pile up. Every month, you’ll have to pay for utilities like electricity, water, cable, landline, and internet. With ShopeePay, you can conveniently pay your monthly bills online and even get up to 100% cashback for your transactions for new users (minimum spend P180, capped at 180 coins).

Connection is important as you grow your professional network, both online and face-to-face.  When reloading your prepaid SIM, buy mobile data and load with ShopeePay to get up to a 10% discount.

Be a smart spender and bargain hunter

Adulting is also about having fun and rewarding yourself as long as it’s within your budget. Before making a purchase, think hard first if it’s something you’ll be using for a long time. The next thing you should consider is where to buy it and how to pay for it so you can get your money’s worth. If it’s on Shopee, pay for it with ShopeePay to access shipping discounts and cashback vouchers. For more bargains, make it a habit to check “ShopeePay Near Me”  on the Shopee app to enjoy exclusive deals for as low as P1 from groceries, gas stations, food & beverage outlets, and more.

Navigating the real world and taking on financial responsibilities can be challenging for new graduates. Follow these tips from ShopeePay and start developing good financial habits.
