Cebu Pacific Travel Advisory #2 Flexible Options for All Domestic Flights until January 31, 2022 As of 4:00PM, January 05, 2022

Cebu Pacific (CEB) is aware of growing concerns from its passengers with the rise of COVID cases and with the Philippines’ Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) raising Metro Manila to Alert Level 3 Status until January 15, 2022. As such, CEB is informing its passengers that they have more flexible options for their peace of mind and convenience.

CEB guests who are travelling domestically from January 5-31 and who wish to postpone their flight may choose either of these options up to two (2) hours before your scheduled time of departure through our Manage Booking portal:
bit.ly/CEBmanageflight

1. Rebook

Rebook for travel within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount of your booking in a virtual CEB wallet valid for two (2) years. Use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.).

For everyJuan's safety and to continuously drive Contactless Flights, the CEB Terminal 3 Ticket Office will be closed until further notice. We encourage our passengers to safely manage all their bookings online.

CEB operates with 100% fully vaccinated active flying crew. Our pilots and cabin crew undergo regular antigen testing (Test Before Duty) before they are assigned to operate flights. CEB has also started its booster program to ensure the continued safety of its employees and passengers.

The safety of our employees and passengers remains to be our priority.

Passengers are advised to update their contact details via bit.ly/CEBUpdateInfo to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

Before going to the airport, passengers are advised to check the travel requirements, safety protocols, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the CEB website: bit.ly/CEBFaqs

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the Chatbot on the Cebu Pacific website.
