We really can’t get enough of Chinese cuisine, especially during quarantine when we need comfort food that makes staying in more manageable.
King FU, the only California-style, quick-serve Chinese food cart in the country, serves its bestseller, Orange Chicken (bite-size chicken fillet, fried until crispy and golden brown and served with a citrusy-sweet orange sauce).
