The Philippine government, through the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 135-A, has retained the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) status of the National Capital Region (NCR) until September 7, 2021.
Cebu Pacific will continue to operate flights for essential travel during this time.
Following this, Cebu Pacific and Cebgo have cancelled the following flights from September 1 to 5, 2021:

Passengers with cancelled flights may select their preferred option through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from date of departure:
1. Rebook
Rebook for travel within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for two (2) years and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.
However, passengers who wish to voluntarily postpone their domestic flights until September 7 may cancel up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure, and may select their preferred option through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) :
1. Rebook
Rebook for travel within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for two (2) years and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
Passengers are advised to update their contact details via bit.ly/CEBUpdateInfo to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
Before going to the airport, passengers are advised to check the travel requirements, safety protocols, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the CEB website: bit.ly/CEBFaqs
For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the chatbot on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.
This is good news because essential travels are not suspended.On the other hand, it is so sad for those passengers who may cancelled their flights but it is better to ba safe than to be sorry.Maybe, staying at home is the best choice for now.

Napakagandang balita po talaga nito dahil ang Cebu Pacific ay magpapatuloy na magpatakbo ng mga flight para sa mahahalagang paglalakbay . Buti nalang po talaga hindi napo nagkaroon ng Suspended ang mahahalagang paglalakbay. Talaga namang napaka importante din po talaga ang protocols para narin sa kaligtasan ng Lahat.
